Update: Updates for Tuesday have begun.
Original: Even though Pokemon Sun and Pokemon Moon aren’t launching until next Friday, the leaks have begun. It would appear that someone has managed to obtain a retail copy ahead of release. Earlier in the day, that person began playing through the game and sharing images/information online. We’ll probably be hearing about similar reports in the days to come.
It’s going to be a long couple of weeks before Pokemon Sun and Pokemon Moon are officially made available. With that in mind, we’ve set up a single post where leaked material will be contained. We won’t be sharing any content that early players provide anywhere else on the site. If you’re up for spoilers, continue on below.

Rowlet, Dartrix and Decidueye
- Poor speed stat
- Decidium Z allows Decidueye to use its Z-Move Sinister Arrow Raid
- Decidueye is able to learn Sucker Punch
Pikipek
- Pikipek evolves into Trumbeak at level 14
- Trumbeak evolves into Toucanon which has high Attack

Lycanroc

Wimpod

- Can be found on overworld map, but will run away if it sees you approaching

- Sent out in its School Form, doesn’t revert back until about 75% of its HP is gone
- Gets the move Beat Up

- Evolution’s name is Salazzle
- Evolves at lv33
- Seems to be a female-only evolution

- Leaker reports framerate seems decent besides dipping when Z-Moves are activated, but double battles feel “laggy”

- Hala’s team when you first battle him consists of Makuhita, Mankey and Crabrawler
- Second island has 4 trials as well as Totem Wishiwashi and Salazzle (Salandit evolution)
- Third island features Totem Vikavolt and Mimikyu
- Olivia’s team consists of Nosepass, Bouldore and Lycanroc
- Team Skull’s Guzma has Golisopod and Ariados
- Gladion has Type:Null, Golbat and Sneasle
- UB-01 hasn’t had a type given, but it seems Electric possibly

Pokémon Information
- Decidueye‘s Hidden Ability is Longshot, which makes ‘contact’ attacks not register as contact moves. This affects things such as Rocky Helmet, Rough Skin, etc
- Incineroar‘s Hidden Ability is Intimidate
- Primarina‘s Hidden Ability is Liquid Voice, which makes all sound-based attacks Water-type (and thus benefit from STAB)
- Dewpider’s evolution is Araquanid
- Dhelmise is the anchor-like Pokémon and is Grass/Ghost
- Crabrawler’s evolution is Crabominal and is Fighting/Ice
- Mareanie, the sea urchin-like Pokémon, is Water/Poison and evolves into Toxapex
