RICO getting “Breakout” DLC this month, free soundtrack update

Publisher Rising Star Games and developer Ground Shatter today announced “Breakout” DLC for the buddy cop first-person shooter RICO. The extra content comes with a new environment as well as a new set of weapons.
Here’s a full overview of the DLC, along with a trailer:
In RICO: Breakout players must battle against a dangerous and unpredictable set of enemies that broke out of the San Amaro prison, bringing chaos to the area. With a city-wide curfew in place, it’s up to the RICO team to bring peace and order back to the city. RICO: Breakout introduces a brand-new environment with a set of new and highly effective weapons for players to use.

– G-18 – Fully automatic pistol
– USG45 – High calibre sub-machine gun
– K36 – Short-barrel special forces rifleNew Level
– A new lockdown level sees the player trapped in the San Amaro prison facing down the escaped prisoners trying to take them out.
RICO: Breakout launches on March 12 for $4.99 / €4.99. A free update will be made available alongside the DLC that introduces an in-game soundtrack, featuring seven new pieces of music.
