Shin Megami Tensei V daily demon vol. 144 – Black Frost

Atlus has shared yet another demon trailer for Shin Megami Tensei V, and we now have a look at Black Frost. Fans may recognize the creature as the evil version of Jack Frost, one of the series’ most recognizable creatures. It originally appeared in Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne, but has since gone on to be a part of games like Persona as well as the Devil Survivor titles.

Black Frost is Atlus’ evil rendition of the more good-spirited demon Jack Frost. The word ja’aku in its Japanese name when written in kanji means “wicked” or “evil,” hence its dark characteristics.
