Splatoon 2 – Hello Kitty vs. My Melody Splatfest results (Sanrio finals)

Japan’s tournament-style Splatfest in Splatoon 2 has come to an end. The event has finished, and Nintendo has posted the results.
In the first round, Hello Kitty defeated Cinnamoroll. My Melody then took down Pompompurin. For the finals, the winners of both rounds battled it out.

Hello Kitty ended up taking home the popularity vote. However, My Melody just barely scraped by with wins in both solo and team battles. In the end, My Melody prevailed with a score of 2-1.
