Nintendo has provided some new English details and screenshots for a few different aspects of Splatoon 2: Octo Expansion. Mem Cakes, Iso Padre, and C.Q. Points are all covered.

Mem Cakes
These are Mem Cakes, which you can collect by completing challenges in Splatoon 2: Octo Expansion. It sounds like they’re made by piecing together the lost memories of Agent 8.
Iso Padre
Don’t let his hardy exterior put you off – he’s actually a total gentleman! He seems to have his heart set on something in the underground test facility…
C.Q. Points
Each station in Splatoon 2: Octo Expansion has a turnstile, connected to a test facility. By using C.Q. Points, you can take on new missions and earn new rewards based on the weapon you use.
