Super Mario Party has online mini-games with new “Mariothon” mode

During today’s Treehouse stream at E3, Nintendo just revealed a new mode (technically two modes) for Super Mario Party. With “Online Mariothon”, you’ll be able to play mini-games online.
Here’s the full rundown:
Mariothon
– Series of 5 mini-games you play as a challenge with friends
– Who can get the best score
– Certain mini-games going to change, so won’t always be the same
Online Mariothon
– Same experience with collection of five mini-games that rotate
– Online against your friends, or all over the world
– Leaderboards, rankings, rewards
