Europe finally gets 3DS eShop version of Cave Story on May 1

The 3DS eShop version of Cave Story originally landed in North America back in October 2012. It never made its way to Europe, but that will finally be changing next month.
Nicalis has confirmed on Twitter that Cave Story will launch on the European 3DS eShop on May 1.

Nicalis wants to know if you’d buy the eShop version of Cave Story as a 3DS card

Nicalis has started to ask fans if they’d be interested in purchasing the eShop version of Cave Story as a 3DS card. The game originally hit Nintendo’s digital store last October.
Nicalis’ tweet reads:
If we made a physical version of Cave Story (eShop version) as a 3DS card, would you buy it?

Perhaps with enough support, we’ll be seeing Cave Story on store shelves in the future!
