Witch & Hero II could be out in North America as early as next week. Earlier today, Circle Entertainment posted on Twitter that the game is targeted for March 17.
Here’s the relevant tweet:

Circle Entertainment has come out with a video for Parascientific Escape: Cruise in the Distant Seas, which is due out on the 3DS eShop early next month. Check it out below.
And here’s an overview of the game:
“Hitomi Akeneno is a 16 year old high school student with a little secret – she has not one, but two psychic powers. After receiving an invitation, she boards a luxury cruise ship with her friend, Chisono Shio. As soon as she enters a suite room, a loud explosion sounds…and she finds herself stuck, unable to get out. Is this an accident? Or something far more sinister…? The only way to find out is to escape, with the help of her powers.”

Circle Entertainment already confirmed Toy Defense for 3DS last month. Today, the publisher announced that the 3DS eShop game is coming to North America on February 25.
Circle posted the following on Twitter earlier today:
Toy Defense, developed/ported by Haruka Production, plan to released on NA 3DS eShop Feb 25th. More information will be announce soon.

The Legend of Dark Witch 2 previously made its way to North America in mid-December. In Europe and Australia, the downloadable title will be available next week. Publisher Circle Entertainment confirmed a February 11 release date for PAL regions on Twitter earlier today.
The message is as follows:
