Pokemon Masters is distributing 6,000 free Gems to players as an apology for a bug affecting Dire Hit and Gear Upgrades.

All players who boot up the game will receive the gift. The Gems are set to expire if not used by October 12th.

The Rock Type Training Event — which features a Spotlight Scout on Olivia & Lycanroc — is now live in Pokemon Masters. 

This event is set to be available until September 24th. During this time, players can participate in two solo and two co-op stages in order to train their Rock type pokemon.

A new Spotlight Scout has been announced for Pokemon Masters, similar to the one for Blue & Pidgeot that’s running currently. The new scouting event features Olivia & Lycanroc, meaning you’ll have a higher chance of scouting them compared to other 5-star Sync Pairs. However, no date has been announced yet for this Spotlight Scout. We will keep you updated.

If you’ve been playing pretty much any kind of mobile game on an Android device lately, you will likely have received several warnings about updating to Android 10 as compatibility of games with this new OS update could not be guaranteed. Pokemon Masters at least seems to have resolved this issue – a new update for the game is now available, which fixes any compatibility issues with Android 10.

The first Story Event — Reach for the Top — is now live in Pokemon Masters.

The event centers around the Sync Pair of Blue and Pidgeot. The participate, players must have reached Chapter 5 of the main story. The event is set to run until September 29th.

Pokemon Masters has already achieved a notable milestone. In its first four days, the mobile title surpassed 10 million downloads.

Like many other mobile games, Pokemon Masters will be continually updated. DeNA has plans to add new content every month.

Sensor Tower has provided early data about the performance of Pokemon Masters.

In its first day, the mobile title reached the #1 spot for iPhone downloads in 27 countries. The United States and Japan are a part of that. Pokemon Quest, another mobile game, debuted at #2 when it released.

Pokemon Masters is currently at the top in terms of iPhone revenue in Japan and Hong Kong. In the United States, it’s at #12, which is better than the #75 spot Pokemon Quest initially saw.

Pokemon Masters has arrived on mobile, and to celebrate, a new launch trailer has been prepared. We’ve attached the video below.

Pokemon Masters is now available on smart devices. A launch celebration event has begun to commemorate the occasion. First up, there’s a one-time log-in bonus of 1000 Gems; an additional 200 Gems can be earned once per day for ten days by logging in. Finally, a set of launch celebration missions are available that give you a variety of items as rewards. All of these will be available until October 17.

Additionally, a special sync pair scout is now available to celebrate the launch of the game. This is 10x sync pair scout that guarantees you a 5-star sync pair. However, you can only use paid Gems for this scout. The scout will be available until November 28.

If you want to purchase paid Gems, special Gem sets are now available at a discounted price; each of them can only be purchased once per player. You can buy 1600, 3200 and 5200 Gems. The price may vary depending on your country and your operating system.
