In Europe, Gear Gauntlet is launching on the Wii U eShop next Thursday. We now know that the download clocks in at 408MB. A 125MB update will also be available.

Drop Dead Interactive has determined a release date for Gear Gauntlet. In both North America and Europe, the game will be out on September 15. Pricing is set at $10 / €10.

Crystalline Green has teamed up with Drop Dead Interactive to bring Gear Gauntlet to Wii U.

For those who haven’t heard of Gear Gauntlet previously, it’s an “action packed, and sometimes rage inducing 2D action arcade game”. While playing, you’ll be dodging spinning blades, navigating labythinth mazes, and finding secret treasure chambers. You’ll also “race against the creeping wall of death across lava floes, under ice caverns, through twisted forests.”
