Nintendo and Intelligent Systems have revealed the next summoning event for Fire Emblem Heroes. On Friday, the game will be hosting Festival in Hoshido.

Here’s a trailer for Festival in Hoshido:

A new “Special Heroes” Summoning Focus will be available in Fire Emblem Heroes starting August 10th. Today, the image above teasing that Summoning Focus appeared in the in-game notifications, alongside the caption “Apparently the new Heroes are very elegant”.

Also, two new Summoning Foci are now live. First up is today’s daily Summoning Focus: Heroes with Life and Death. The focus units are Jaffar: Angel of Death, Minerva: Red Dragoon and Hana: Focused Samurai.

Also, another skill-based Summoning Focus is now live: Heroes with Fighter Skills. This one will be available until August 16th. The focus units are Hardin: Dark Emperor, Effie: Army of One and Robin: Fell Reincarnation.

Two bits of Fire Emblem Heroes news today: first up, the Takumi: Empty Vessel Grand Hero Battle is back, so you can take another shot at it if you missed it the first time around. As always, there are also quests available that require you to use specific Heroes in order to earn additional quests; for this GHB, it’s Fjorm and Takumi himself.

Also, today’s daily Summoning Focus is Heroes with Quick Riposte. The focus units are Klein: Silver Nobleman, Leo: Sorcerous Prince and Subaki: Perfect Expert.

Outlined during the latest Feh Channel episode, the Summer Celebration event celebrating the one year and six month anniversary of Fire Emblem Heroes is now live. A variety of events will be happening throughout August:

Fire Emblem Heroes

Fire Emblem Heroes was sitting at around $300 million worldwide by its first anniversary. After about 18 months since its original release, the mobile game has now surpassed $400 million. That figure is for sales worldwide across the App Store and Google Play.

Fire Emblem Heroes has been Nintendo’s most-successful mobile title in terms of revenue by far. Super Mario Run has only generated $64 million while Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp sits at $42 million.

Fire Emblem Heroes has kicked off a new Grand Conquests event featuring Valentia – from Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia – as the battlefield. Three armies will fight over territory during the course of three battles, each lasting two days.

Here’s a rundown of changes from the last event:

Announced yesterday, the Summoning Focus for the next Legendary Hero, Lucina: Glorious Archer, is now live in Fire Emblem Heroes. As always, the summoning rate for the featured 5-star Heroes starts at 8%. The Summoning Focus will be available until August 7th.

The next round of Grand Conquest battles in Fire Emblem Heroes will start on August 1st; you can pre-register for them now. The battlefield this time will be based on Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia.

As outlined in the latest Feh Channel episode, there will be a number of changes compared to the previous Grand Conquest event:

  • Rewards based on your Rank in Army score will be added for each of the three battles in the event
  • The fewer areas your army controls, the higher your initial defense score will be in areas you control at the start of the next round
  • Additional difficulty modes are being added: level 10 and 20 maps in Normal difficulty, as well as Infernal difficulty maps where enemies can attack after warping

Nintendo and Intelligent Systems have revealed the latest summoning event for Fire Emblem Heroes. A number of other characters will also be appearing, accompanied by an 8% 5-star focus appearance rate.

Watch the trailer for Lucina: Glorious Archer below. The event begins on July 31.
