Gotouchi Tetsudou

Bandai Namco uploaded a new video for the Switch version of Gotouji Tesudou, a board game in which it’s your goal to become the best local mascot character producer in Japan. Have a look at it below.

Gotouchi Tetsudou, which previously debuted on Wii U and 3DS, was released awhile back. Today, Bandai Namco announced that the new Switch version arrives in Japan on February 22.

Here’s a new trailer:

Gotouchi Tetsudou is a board game experience. For the Switch version, Bandai Namco included “Angel Ojapon” as a mascot character, added in new events, mini-games, and productions, and recorded voices for the original characters.

A few years ago, Bandai Namco created the board game Gotouchi Tetsudou (Local Railroads: Local Characters and a Journey All Around Japan) for Wii U and 3DS. That same game is now crossing over to Switch.

Bandai Namco announced Gotouchi Tetsudou for Nintendo’s new console today. Some new elements are planned, including the appearance of Angel Ojapon, voice acting (Masako Nozawa, the voice of Goku is lending her talents), new events, and new mini-games.

Bandai Namco intends to release Gotouchi Tetsudou for Switch in Japan this winter. We have plenty of information in our Wii U / 3DS announcement post here
