Following a month-long campaign, Nephil’s Fall reached its funding goal over on Kickstarter. Fans ended up pledging $32,656 in order to make the game a reality.

Nephil’s Fall is a 2D fantasy platformer featuring Metroidvania gameplay. The title also sports “several unique mechanics, beautifully illustrated interactive environments, a deep story-line and great replayability potential.”

Since Nephil’s Fall has been funded, Exordium Games should eventually develop the title for Wii U. PC, Mac, and Linux are initially being targeted, but Wii U’s logo is included on the Kickstarter page. Exordium would also “love to bring Nephil’s Fall to every single platform”, including consoles and handhelds.

Those who are interested in Nephil’s Fall can find more information on the Kickstarter page. You can also watch a video below.

The Song of Seven has managed to reach its funding goal over on Kickstarter. There was barely any time remaining in the project’s campaign, but donations surpassed the $8,000 mark a short while ago.

All Kickstarter funds will be used in the creation of The Song of Seven’s first chapter. Enlightened Games is planning several chapters, each of which “is meant to be the video game version of a short story, a quick, enjoyable digital romp that can be played in a dedicated day or a lazy weekend.” Combined together, “the chapters assemble a narrative that roams across a world of distinct cultures and intriguing lore with a story that can be enjoyed and appreciated by all ages.”

You can find a trailer for The Song of Seven below. We’ve also included a brief overview. Plenty of additional details are on the Kickstarter page here.

The Song of Seven spans an entire world and tells a story of forgotten celestial siblings, isolated villages, seafaring pirates, ghosts, monsters, leaders, artists, mystics, lovers, dancers, inventors, and the power of connections. Its game play hearkens back to old school point and click, inventory-based adventure/puzzle games but uses third person analog controls for a more updated, immersive feeling.

The Song of Seven: Chapter 1 is targeted for February 2016 on Wii U.

Rainy Night Creations has launched a Kickstarter campaign for their upcoming Wii U title, FreezeME. Inspired by Super Mario 64 the title has already acquired 10% of their minimum objective of $15,000 and it has only been live for 12 hours!

The Kickstarter campaign will be going for one month and there are various options as to how you can bid your support,   including one that will come with a Special Edition book as well as the game along with your donation.
