With E3 2017 taking place this week, many are counting on more Fire Emblem Warriors news to be unveiled within the next few days. The game’s Japanese Twitter account confirms as much.

A brief message posted today notes that there’s more to share on Fire Emblem Warriors this week. That includes new information about the included heroes.

Fire Emblem Warriors should be appearing in the Nintendo Spotlight: E3 2017 video presentation. Famitsu may have early coverage as well.

The boxart is in for Nights of Azure 2. Take a look at the packaging image above.

Koei Tecmo and Gust released a new commercial for Nights of Azure 2 today. View the brief advertisement below.

After several months of silence, Fire Emblem Warriors resurfaced this week. The news cycle started out with Famitsu with plenty of new details and an interview with the developers.

That interview has now been translated. It featured producer Yosuke Hayashi from Koei Tecmo, Nintendo’s Genki Yokota (Fire Emblem director since Awakening), and Masahiro Higuchi from Intelligent Systems. We’re now able to see their direct comments on the game’s origins, talk about the appearing characters, and more.

Read on below for some excerpts from the interview. Read up on the full discussion here.

Nintendo and developer Koei Tecmo have started releasing new information on Fire Emblem Warriors this week, and it doesn’t look like they will be stopping anytime soon. They launched an official website for the game here and have started up a dedicated Twitter account for the game here.

Neither of them contain any new info or screenshots at the moment; it’s mostly a recap of the Famitsu article we covered here. You can listen to some voice clips of the characters on the website though – the main characters, brother and sister Shion and Lian, are actually voiced by real life-siblings as well, Yuma and Maya Uchida.

Both the website and the Twitter account are in Japanese, but we will of course provide you with all the latest info from them in English.

More Fire Emblem Warriors details are in from the latest issue of Famitsu. Serenes Forest went to the trouble of translating the extra information, which primarily covers the new characters and story plus some additional tidbits.

Here’s a summary:

Famitsu has just published on their website four high quality images of Fire Emblem Warriors, which will come to Switch and New 3DS in the future.

A bunch of new details about Fire Emblem Warriors have leaked out of Famitsu. We have news about two more original characters, which games in the series are being primarily represented, and more. Read up on all of the information below.

Surprisingly enough, our first proper look at Fire Emblem Warriors (after that brief trailer featuring Chrom a couple of months ago) comes not from E3, but instead from Famitsu. We only have preview images of the article in this week’s Famitsu magazine about Fire Emblem Warriors at the moment, but we can nonetheless learn a couple of things from them.

It seems like the game’s main characters, much like Fire Emblem Heroes, will be a brother and sister pair – original characters Shion and Lian. It also comes as no surprise that Marth will be playable as well.

We will have more information once we get our hands on the full issue of Famitsu tomorrow.
