LEGO Star Wars: Episode 7

LEGO Star Wars: Episode 7 is in development, a leak from Amazon Italy reveals. The game is listed for several platforms – including Wii U and 3DS – with a tentative May 31 release date. It may feature the final title something along the lines of “LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens”.

Amazon’s listing indicates that the game will take players through the story of Star Wars: The Force Awakens, with LEGO’s signature humor. New content bridging the gap between Episode VI Return of the Jedi and The Force Awakens will also be included. A (very) rough translation mentions something about multi-buildings/construction and battles with the blaster.

“The best-selling LEGO video game franchise makes its triumphant return with an action-packed and humor journey based on the blockbuster movie. The game will also feature exclusive playable content that bridge the gap between the story of Star Wars VI: Return of the Jedi and Star Wars: The Force Awakens. It’s likely that we’ll be officially hearing about LEGO Star Wars: Episode 7 as early as tomorrow. Warner Bros. has been sending out emails to members of the media teasing “a massive announcement” regarding “two of the world’s most popular entertainment brands.”
