Nintendo eShop

Not much has changed with Nintendo’s upcoming maintenance schedule, as there’s only one announced period at the moment. All of the eShops will be impacted for a couple of hours to start the week, but there’s nothing else so far.

Original: According to Nintendo’s website, the Switch eShop is currently experiencing emergency maintenance. The store has been down since approximately 2:40 AM PT / 5:40 AM ET / 10:40 AM in the UK / 11:40 AM in Europe.

Anyone who attempts to access the Switch eShop will be unable to do so at this time. Unfortunately, Nintendo doesn’t say when service will be restored. We’ll keep you posted.

Nintendo’s upcoming maintenance schedule has been updated. Aside from a session involving all eShops within the next day or so, there’s more downtime planned for the following week.

The full schedule is as follows:

Based on Nintendo’s current schedule, previously-scheduled maintenance involving the eShops is still planned for the start of April. Switch, Wii U, and 3DS will all be impacted for a couple of hours leading into next month.

Nintendo has updated its upcoming maintenance schedule, and two sessions are planned. Nintendo Switch Parental Controls will be impacted during the early part of this coming week while all of the eShops will be affected to kick off April.

Nintendo has a bit of maintenance planned for the early part of the coming week. The good news is that only the Switch Online app will be impacted, and only when it comes to voice chat.
