The eShop is being absolutely inundated with traffic at the moment, as the new Smash Bros. DLC has released. If you’re experiencing issues, be patient! Normal service should be restored as traffic dies down.

Wii U and 3DS will be experiencing maintenance this coming Monday. It’ll be taking place between 6 PM ET and 8 PM ET (3 PM PT and 5 PM PT). Nintendo says that features such as online play, rankings, and other Internet elements will be affected on both of its platforms.

Also worth mentioning, Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and 3DS will be down for a bit of maintenance tomorrow. Online play, rankings, and other aspects will be unavailable between 10:30 AM ET and 12 PM ET (7:30 AM PT and 9 AM PT).

The Wii U and 3DS eShops will both be affected by maintenance tomorrow. Between 4 PM and 6 PM ET (1 PM and 3 PM PT), users will be unable to access the two stores.

Also, we should mention that the June 1 maintenance that had previously been scheduled is no longer planned – at least as far as we know. It’s no longer listed on Nintendo’s maintenance page.

Assuming Nintendo doesn’t change anything like last week, all of the digital shops will be experiencing maintenance this coming Monday. That includes the Wii U and 3DS eShops, DSi Shop, and Wii Shopping Channel. The maintenance period will take place between 4 PM ET and 8 PM ET, which translates to 1 PM PT and 5 PM PT.

Mario Kart’s new 200cc update along with its second batch of DLC is less than 48 hours away, and with that comes some maintenance scheduled to make sure everything is working fine on release day!

This often happens prior to new updates, so you can expect the update to go live soon after the maintenance is over.

Super Smash Bros. for Wii U/3DS will be down for a tiny bit of maintenance on Wednesday morning. Online play, rankings, and other network-related aspects will be unavailable between 2:50 AM and 4 AM ET (11:50 PM PT Tuesday and 1 AM PT Wednesday). Perhaps Nintendo will be gearing up for Mewtwo’s release?

Nintendo is gearing up for another round of shop maintenance next week. The Wii U and 3DS eShops, Wii Shopping Channel, and DSi Shop will be down on Monday between 4 PM ET and 8 PM ET (1 PM PT and 5 PM PT).
