Pokemon Shuffle

A new challenge following the return of the Mega Lucario challenge is here now, and this time it comes in the form of Mega Venusaur! This Mega Venusaur event gives you a chance at unlocking a Venusaurite if you’re able to rank as one of the top players in your region – 10k in Europe, 20k in North America, and 50k in Japan.

As usual with the challenges, if you don’t rank top in your region, you’ll receive a Jewel just for participating in the challenge. The Mega Venusaur challenge runs from today until June 8th. Good luck!

Pokemon Shuffle version 1.2.0 was released last night. However, we were unsure at the time what the update actually does.

Serebii has now shared the following information:

It added an extra note for the Hearts to allow for 5 hearts to appear and regenerate in addition to the amount you have over the usual amount of 5 meaning that you have 5 regenerating hearts in addition to any extra.

The Level and Experience of Pokémon also appear when you optimise them on the stage selection

There’s now a random extra capture feature called Super Catch Mode with a massively increased chance

Each Mega Evolution now has a number by their Mega Effect which can be boosted

You can see a Pokémon’s details immediately after capture

Increased cheat detection

Home Menu blocked during Time-Based stages

Last week Pokémon Shuffle players were given a second chance at a Lucarionite by playing against Mega Lucario in another challenge. Those that already had won a Lucarionite in their region could still enter, but would be rewarded with two Jewels if they managed to get a top spot once again. Now, the event is over and Lucarionites are going around to players that entered.

For those that entered but didn’t manage to gain a top spot in their region, you’ll receive one Jewel. If you ranked this time and didn’t the last time, then congratulations on your Lucarionite! This special Mega Stone can’t be obtained by normal means, so these challenges are the only way to give your Lucario that extra special power.

Did you win a Lucarionite this time around? Let us know in the comments below!

About two months ago, Pokémon Shuffle players were given the chance to challenge Mega Lucario in a timed battle to rack up as many points as they could. If a player were to have a high enough score in their region, they would receive a Lucarionite that couldn’t be obtained by normal means. For those that missed out on the event or weren’t able to obtain it the first time around, now’s your chance for redemption!

The Mega Lucario challenge has returned and is once again giving players the chance to get their Lucarionite. As it was the first time around, you have to be ranked top in your region: 15k in Europe, 30k in North America, and 65k in Japan.

For those that already have the Lucarionite, you can still enter, but once the challenge is finished, you’ll receive two Jewels. For those that don’t get top in their region and don’t have a Lucarionite, you will get one Jewel.

Be sure to Check In and download the new 1.1.13 patch to gain access to the Mega Lucario challenge. This event runs until May 25th.
