Shin’en shared fresh screenshots from FAST Racing Neo today, but that’s only the start of the studio’s plans to promote the game. The company has confirmed that the first footage will debut later this month. Previously, we heard about a video coming sometime during the summer.

Shin’en has also reiterated some of FAST Racing Neo’s details. It’ll run at 60 frames per second at 720p resolution, and there will be support for 1-4 local multiplayer as well as online multiplayer with rankings.

Shin’en have shared a few more screenshots from the alpha version of their upcoming high speed racing game. There’s still no video footage yet, but here’s hoping it looks as nice in motion as it does in these screenshots.

Shin’en will show the first footage from FAST Racing Neo, the company has revealed.

Speaking with HDWarriors, Manfred Linzner of Shin’en said:

Development is going very smooth. FAST Racing Neo is the biggest, and most beautiful game we ever did, and we’re taking the time to make sure that it’s also the best one. This Summer, people will have seen the game in motion.

FAST Racing Neo was announced in October 2013. It’s been a slow drip of information and assets since then, with Shin’en only sharing a few screenshots. Here’s hoping the title finally hits the Wii U eShop this year.

Shin’en confirmed on Twitter today that a new update is now available for Family Tennis SP. The patch brings the game up to version 1.1. According to Shin’en, the update addresses an issue with uneven audio levels in some sections of the game.

Shin’en typically develops and releases its own titles on the eShop. However, the studio is breaking that tradition for a new game coming out on Wii U in a few days.

Family Tennis SP launches on the eShop this Thursday. It was actually developed by Japanese company Arc System Works – not Shin’en.

As for why Shin’en is publishing Family Tennis SP, the studio has formed a close relationship with Arc System Works. The latter company publishes all of Shin’en’s Wii U and 3DS titles in Japan. And so… “It was time to return that favor,” Shin’en recently explained on Twitter.
