Remothered: Going Porcelain will now be known as Remothered: Broken Porcelain, publisher Modus Games and developers Darril Arts and Stormind Games announced at Gamescom today. It will launch on the system in Summer 2020.

Darril Arts and Stormind Games have shifted the release date of Remothered: Tormented Fathers. After it was originally lined up for July 26, the game will now release on August 30. The extra time “adds more time to polish and tune the final product to meet the developer’s award-winning pedigree.”

In a statement, Stormind Games noted that “they are committed to providing an immersive and gripping experience for the player. The extra time for the project will help us reach that goal. We want the Nintendo Switch version of Remothered: Tormented Fathers for North America, Europe, and Australia, to be a release that lives up to both the standards of our players and our studio.”

A few days ago, Remothered: Tormented Fathers was added to the Switch eShop in Japan. Darril Arts and Stormind Games have now announced that the western launch is set for July 26.

Publisher Modus Games has announced it will release Darril Arts’ and Stormind Games’ Remothered: Going Porcelain, the second chapter in the psychological horror series directed and set in Italy. The game is slated for a 2020 release on Switch.

Remothered: Tormented Fathers was previously announced for Switch. The title will be arriving on the console sometime this year.

Stormind Games recently released the well-received survival horror game Remothered: Tormented Fathers on Steam. Japanese website Game Watch, having seen the title at GDC this week, now confirms that a Switch version is in development.

Remothered: Tormented Fathers has some impressive musical talent behind it, including composer Nobuko Toda, who contributed to Final Fantasy, Halo, and Metal Gear Solid. The game itself features a variety of elements such as stealth, action, strategic, hide ‘n run.
