Sidebar Games has readied the latest update for Sports Story, and version 1.0.4 is now live.
Once again, various issues have been addressed. Access to the game’s secret dev room has also been blocked off.

Mutan has come up with a notable update for Goonya Monster, and as of now, players can download version 1.2.0.
One of the major aspects is improved matchmaking, including the ability to keep teammates for the next match and match without a Monster player. That’s along with other adjustments and bug fixes.

Bandai Namco and CyberConnect2 have announced a new version 1.5 update for JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure All Star Battle R. This should be out on January 29, 2023.
Support is planned to be added for DLC character Rudol von Stroheim. On top of that, many changes are planned – almost all of which are character adjustments.

Another update has come through for Pikmin Bloom, with Niantic issuing version 62.1.
Some small improvements and adjustments are included like visual hints informing players how to collect rewards in big flowers, cutting back on memory usage, and more.

Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak digital event planned for February 1

Capcom has provided details for the next Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak digital event. Due to take place on February 1 at 3PM PST/11PM GMT, it will be narrated by Bahari the Scientist, and will include details on the release date of the next free title update, including new monsters to be added to the game, and the roadmap beyond. Another update is here for Calico, with players now having access to version 2.01.
Many bug fixes are included. On Switch specifically, the game should have addressed problems that caused crashing. Stability has also improved with the frame rate locked to 30 FPS.

Astroneer has unveiled a new “Awakening” update, and it’s live right now on Switch.
Described as the culmination of the game’s narrative, the update lets players take on “an urgent mission by a mysterious new character that will take them to the heart of the Sylva System itself.”
Disney Dreamlight Valley update to add Mirabel and Olaf, more

Gameloft has shared details on update plans for Disney Dreamlight Valley, which will include Encanto’s Mirabel and Frozen’s Olaf.
Both of these characters will be available in February. In the same update, Gameloft will be celebrating Disney’s 100th Anniversary in a new Star Path. Additional details will follow soon.
