Take-Two says Civilization VI on Switch “significantly exceeded expectations”, promises more support

Take-Two reported its financial results for the third quarter today. There’s one aspect in particular that should be encouraging for Nintendo fans.
Take-Two says that Civilization VI, which launched last November, “significantly exceeded expectations”. It also released NBA 2K19, NBA 2K Playgrounds 2, and Carnival Games in 2018.
More support from Take-Two is planned, according to CEO Strauss Zelnick:
“We felt good about the platform and we put the titles on Switch that we felt were going to perform well. We are excited about continuing to support the Switch for the right kind of properties.”
