Following the reveals in Famitsu this week, Atelier Lulua: The Scion of Arland has received an official batch of details and screenshots. Below we have the rundown on a few different characters (Rorona, Fickes, Nico, Lionela, Chimdragon) and the Alchemy Riddle, courtesy of Gematsu<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Rorolina Frixell (Rorona)<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Lovable mother
\n– Alchemist who possesses some the greatest abilities in Arland
\n– Since she understands alchemy through her own confusing theory, she is not good at teaching others
\n– Her work moves her from place to place, so she is never around at important times
\n– Her passion for pie has not weakened, and even now she works hard in order to make a more delicious and unusual pie every day<\/p>\n

Fickes Finis<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Shady-looking magician
\n– Easygoing atmosphere
\n– He jokes and tends to talk like someone who speaks in riddles
\n– People say he looks suspicious
\n– Loves the magic tricks that he does for a living, and not even experts are able to see through his tricks
\n– He is kind to children and the youth, and seems to take a keen interest in Lulua\u2019s growth<\/p>\n

Nicodemus David Dieter (Nico)<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Former pirate living on land
\n– A sailor who was famous in the Arland region\u2019s sea ports as \u201cNico, Crosser of the Stormy Seas,\u201d but a \u201ccertain someone\u201d destroyed his beloved ship
\n– Currently taking on requests as an adventurer while earning repair expenses
\n– He has a lively and rough personality
\n– Big\u2010hearted on one hand, but does not think things through very deeply on the other<\/p>\n

Lionela Heinze<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Versatile entertainer and bar owner
\n– Runs the Arland bar Arahoro Pavilion
\n– Was once a shy and timid person, but after meeting Rorona and traveling all over, she grew to have a sociable personality
\n– Established Arahoro Pavilion to create a place where you can spend time peacefully no matter the circumstances<\/p>\n

Chimdragon<\/strong><\/p>\n

– All-purpose carriage driver who supports your journey
\n– A homunculus \u201cChim\u201d that grew big thanks to a certain secret medicine
\n– Currently traveling with Lulua\u2019s teacher Piana
\n– Calls Lulua his “Nano Master”
\n– Lulua travels Arland together with them in their carriage atelier
\n– In addition to the replenishment of tools, Chimdragon does housework and more, and is essential to Lulua\u2019s journey<\/p>\n

The Ancient Text that Guides Lulua: Alchemy Riddle<\/strong><\/p>\n

– In the \u201cAlchemy Riddle\u201d are letters that can only be read by Lulua
\n– They seem to be about alchemy, and Lulua dreams that she may be able to become a good alchemist if she deciphers the Alchemy Riddle
\n– The story will progress as you decipher the Alchemy Riddle
\n– You will also learn new recipes and skills, and discover new collection places
\n– The still-growing Lulua cannot read and understand everything yet
\n– Some mysterious keywords are still unsolved
\n– In order to decipher everything, Lulua will have to grow through various actions such as collection, battle, and synthesis
\n– In the Alchemy Riddle are mysterious keywords written in red text
\n– It is necessary to clarify those keywords in order to read and understand everything
\n– In revealing keywords, various actions such as collection and battle are essential
\n– Hints as to which actions are good to take are written down in the Alchemy Riddle, so you can rely on it
\n– Each time you reveal a keyword, the Alchemy Riddle will update and you will obtain new information
\n– Since the reward you will receive upon deciphering is also written in the text, you may also choose which pages to decipher based on the reward
\n– The pace at which you decipher is up to you
\n– After figuring out all the keywords, you can finally start to decipher the Alchemy Riddle
