If you’ve been keeping your eye on the latest Story of Seasons release, you’ve likely seen the recently-detailed Premium Edition<\/a>. Today, though, it would seem that more game details are in order. A swath of new information has come from Marvelous, and with it a huge batch of screenshots of the various systems and townsfolk. Take a look at the introduction to these below, as rounded up by Gematsu<\/a>:

\u25a0 Build, Live, and Enjoy Your Farm Life<\/strong><\/p>\n

While we have introduced the basic elements of farm building in the past, this time we will introduce the heightened freedom of farm building through the new \u201ccrafting\u201d system, as well as how you will pass the time on the farm and in Olive Town.<\/p>\n

\u25a0 Crafting<\/strong><\/p>\n

Use Materials to Craft<\/strong><\/p>\n

You can craft using materials obtained through pioneering and farm life such as wood, grass, flowers, and stone. Although there are only a few things that can be made using materials as is, you can craft a wider range of things by using the \u201cmaker\u201d to process materials.<\/p>\n

Create all sorts of things to decorate your farm!<\/p>\n

\u25a0 Seasons and Discovery<\/strong><\/p>\n

Seasons<\/strong><\/p>\n

Just like in the real world, your farm in the game will experiences four seasons. In addition to being able to see the scenery of each season, you will also be able to discover crops that you can only find during that season.<\/p>\n

Visit Various Places<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you come across an entrance of a cave, you may find a \u201cmine\u201d that lets you obtain ores you have never seen before. You may also be able to visit \u201cspecial places\u201d such as volcanos and above the sky while you explore and deepen your friendship with the Colopon.<\/p>\n

\u25a0 Off to Olive Town<\/strong><\/p>\n

In Olive Town, which is the town next to your farm, you can meet its various unique residents. By frequenting the town, you can catch a glimpse of thes residents\u2019 daily lives. And by talking to the townspeople often and giving them gifts, you may start to see a different side of them.<\/p>\n

Develop the Town<\/strong><\/p>\n

Olive Town is a harbor town with little to no tourism. However, by hearing out the mayor and residents\u2019 requests, the town will gradually develop. With your help, turn the city into a popular tourist destination with new shops and attractions.<\/p>\n

Enjoy Events<\/strong><\/p>\n

Time will pass in Olive Town in the same way the four seasons visit the farm. Events will occasionally be held across the town. Depending on the event, you may even have the opportunity to get closer to your favorite resident\u2026<\/p>\n

Go Shopping<\/strong><\/p>\n

Olive Town is a small town, but has various shops where you can find nearly everything you need for your farm life. While there may only be a small lineup of products at first, as you ship your stock from the farm, the shops\u2019 assortments will improve.<\/p>\n

Today we will introduce six of the unique residents of Olive Town.<\/p>\n

The mysterious bistro manager.<\/p>\n

The general store manager with an air of coolness about her. Jack and Cindy\u2019s mother.<\/p>\n

The gentle old man who runs the flower shop.<\/p>\n

Norman<\/strong><\/p>\n

The fainthearted grocery store manager.<\/p>\n

Karina<\/strong><\/p>\n
