Sci-fi bullet Time Treker announced for Nintendo Switch
2P Games and Fuse Game have announced that their newest title is on the way to Nintendo Switch. The sci-fi bullet heaven auto-shooter Time Treker will be landing on the console on October 16.
Time Treker is a pixel-art action roguelike in which humanity faces extinction from an alien insect invasion. Players lead a squad of heroes across timelines to battle the swarm and alter history. After each defeat, upgrades can be made on the mothership before heading back into the fight.
Here’s some additional information about the game:
The frontline has collapsed and humanity’s on the verge of collapse. Survivors escaped Earth after the Great Catastrophe, but the battle is far from over. Time Treker sends players back across timelines to confront the aliens responsible for humanity’s downfall. Success means altering history and saving the world; failure leads to another attempt on a new timeline.
The game features six playable warriors and 17+ weapons, allowing for highly customizable mecha builds in a bullet-heaven auto-shooter format. Set in a dark sci-fi world, Time Treker showcases machines capable of eliminating dozens of enemies within seconds. Each pilot offers a distinct playstyle, supported by a wide range of customization options including over 17 weapons and 55+ upgrade modules to create unique combat strategies.
Players will face diverse mission types—exploration, extermination, defense, and more—across procedurally generated stages. Progression unlocks achievements, strengthens the base, and prepares squads for increasingly difficult encounters in the fight to reclaim Earth’s future.
