We’re only a few days away from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Splintered Fate’s launch on Switch, but Super Evil Megacorp just confirmed that local couch co-op will be included. Up to four people can play together.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Splintered Fate originally appeared on mobile, but the Switch version will also feature other upgrades. These include graphical enhancements, better lighting and additional props for a richer environment, improved sound and controls – all optimized specifically for the platform.

As for couch co-op support for the title, Super Evil Megacorp head Ian Fielding noted: “We’ve been listening to the community and their biggest request has been the addition of couch co-op so they can play with friends and family. Playing together is embedded in the DNA of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles video games and core to SEMC’s mission, and with Splintered Fate, we went the extra mile to ensure the co-op feature was available for the Switch immediately at launch. We will continue to listen to the community and improve the game overtime based on player feedback.”
