Ketsu Battler

Kayac and CoroCoro Comic are teaming up on the new Switch game Ketsu Battler, the two sides announced today. A release is planned for December 12, 2024 in Japan.

The game intends to offer something new as a butt-controlled battle experience. Below is a rough translation of the official description:

Ketsu Battler is an action game exclusively for two players. The biggest feature of this game is that you control the character with your butt, not with your hands. You can swing your weapon by shaking your butt, and when you build up power and push your butt out, you can unleash a special move. It’s easy to understand for elementary school kids, the readership of CoroCoro Comic, and the content is sure to get you excited with friends.

Ketsu Battler will be available digitally on the Japanese eShop. Currently there’s no word on a western release, but we’ll let you know if that changes.
