Electrogical

Electrogical is getting a Nintendo Switch version, publisher Phoenixx and developer Kinjo shared today. It will be available sometime in 2025.

Electrogical is an arithmetic-based jigsaw puzzle game. It’s been in Early Access on PC, and is now adding new content with twenty-five new challenge stages, seven new trial stages featuring mysterious mechanics for an added twist, and quality-of-life and accessibility updates like improved sound effects and the addition of German and Russian language options.

Here’s some additional information:

Terraforming missions that span decades can really put a dent in even the sturdiest space convoys. Jump into the shoes of an electrical engineer and dive into some much-needed repairs to bring the fleet back to its shiny, fully operational self by reconnecting each ship’s reactor to neko, the superconductive AI lifeblood of the armada’s electrical systems.

Each circuit board is a puzzle waiting to be solved, demanding just the right amount of power to pass inspection. Tinker with electrical currents by linking computer chips equipped with mathematical functions. Boost or dial down power with addition and subtraction chips, crank up voltage with multiplication pieces, and send sparks across distances with radio wave tiles.

Puzzle pieces can be rotated to redirect power flow, and “zero” tiles can be used to fill spaces without altering energy levels. Once everything’s in place, hit the power button and watch the electricity dance across the board.

Some levels have just one solution, while others let creativity shine with multiple paths to success—like crafting a perfect square with each piece, using every tile available, or finishing with a few leftovers. Stuck on a tricky puzzle? The handy “Hint” button lights the way.

Developer Yutuka Kinjo noted in today’s announcement: “Our optimization of the Early Access build has been bolstered by community requests, and we’ve thrown in some challenging surprises. Switch users can look forward to plenty of pickup-and-play puzzle solving. We have much more to share as we march towards the full release, stay tuned!”
