Arcade platformer Yosei Wars announced for Nintendo Switch 2, Switch [update: release date]
June 3: Rawrlab Games is making Yosei Wars for Nintendo Switch 2 and Switch, the studio announced today. A release window was not shared.
Yosei Wars is a 2D platformer inspired by the Game Boy era and arcade titles. In fact, it was originally designed as a homebrew release for Nintendo’s retro portable.
Here’s a bit of additional information:
Jump, dodge and grab every tooth in a level to unleash a powerful lightning blast and save the captured fairy! Defeat the Junk Food and Rescue the Tooth Fairies! Platforming game inspired by many arcade classics.

July 25: At least on Nintendo Switch, we have a release date. A Nintendo eShop listing has gone live showing that it’s slated for July 31, 2025 at $9.99.
