Machick 2 to release on Nintendo Switch in September
DeadPixel is gearing up for the release of Machick 2 on Nintendo Switch 2, the developer shared today. It’ll be out on September 10, 2025. Nintendo Switch 2 was also mentioned in the announcement, but we believe this simply refers to backwards compatibility.
Machick 2 is a magical, chaotic roguelike survivor game. Players will come up with a magical build as they take on enemies on the battlefield.

Machick 2 expands everything that made the first title a viral hit on YouTube worldwide in 2024. In addition to the absurd humor involving warrior chickens, frogs and chaotic rivalries, the game introduces much more variety in systems and mechanics, with polished visuals and a hand-drawn artistic style.
The promise is of over 300 hours of gameplay to explore all content, including:
- 24 skills with 3 evolutions each
- 20 chicks
- 100 accessories
- 8 active relics
- 6 legendary wands
- Over 1 billion possible combinations to craft your own wand
- 12 skins
- 11 stages
- More than 60 enemies
- Unique bosses
- 12 fusions (with more to come post-launch)
