Disney Miraness Fitness announced for Nintendo Switch
Today, Imagineer unveiled Disney Miraness Fitness for Nintendo Switch. The game is due out on December 11, 2025 in Japan and Asia.
Disney Miraness Fitness is a fitness game building off of the success of the Fitness Boxing series. Tons of details can be found in the following overview:
Based on the concept of “Start an all-in-one workout with Mickey Mouse,” this Nintendo Switch software allows players to easily enjoy a variety of exercises at home, including “aerobic exercise” that uses dance and boxing movements to get the body moving, “anaerobic exercise” that focuses on muscle training, and “relaxation” that incorporates yoga-inspired stretches.
Building on the popularity of our existing “Fit Boxing” series, this title delivers a comfortable and easy-to-follow exercise experience that even beginners and those who aren’t good at exercise can continue. Working out with Mickey, who appears as an instructor, will make your daily exercise time more fun and exciting.
Enjoy serious exercise with Mickey: In this game, instructor Mickey and his assistant, robot Hexy (CV: Ise Mariya), who was created to make exercise fun, will support you in your daily exercise. The game is simple to operate, with players simply holding the Joy-Con controllers in both hands and moving their bodies in sync with Mickey’s movements, making it easy for a wide range of people to enjoy exercise. The exercises included are three types: “Rhythmic,” “Power,” and “Relax.” There is a wide lineup to choose from depending on your goals and how you feel on that day.
Key Features
- “Rhythmic” exercise: This aerobic exercise, performed to the rhythm of dance and boxing movements, aims to improve overall endurance. It’s a light exercise that will get your body moving without you even realizing it, so it’s recommended for light exercise and stress relief.
- “Power” exercise: This is an exercise program that focuses on muscle training to target specific body parts, and includes a menu aimed at improving muscle strength and basal metabolism through anaerobic exercise. It consists of five different movements depending on the body part you want to train, and you can exercise comfortably with short breaks in between. It is perfect for those who want to get their body moving in a short amount of time.
- “Relaxation” exercise: This is an exercise that incorporates yoga-like movements to loosen and align the body, as well as core exercises. It includes “supple stretches” that move the whole body slowly, and “balance stretches” that involve holding a pose and staying still, making it ideal for cooling down after exercise or for changing your mood. It is easy to incorporate into your daily spare time.
- Mickey’s costume and background change to match the exercise: One of the charms of this game is how Mickey’s costume and the stage background change to match the type of exercise. At the start, he appears in original sportswear glittering with sequins, and changes into various costumes as the game progresses.
- “Rhythmic”: Tuxedo and boxer-style wear
- “Power”: Adventurer style and hero-style suit
- “Relaxed”: Astronaut-style suit and sheep-style wear
- The stage background changes to match the costumes, adding a touch of glamour to the exercise. Costumes are gradually unlocked by clearing in-game “challenges,” so the desire to see new costumes is another motivation that encourages continued play.
- Two modes: “Daily” and “Free”: The familiar “Daily” and “Free” modes from the “Fit Boxing” series are also included in this game. In “Daily,” the assistant Hexy will check the player’s condition through a selection format and suggest the optimal combination of exercises from “Aerobic Exercise,” “Anaerobic Exercise,” and “Relax.” Whether you’re feeling good or a little tired, you can play an exercise that suits your physical condition that day. In “Free,” you can freely choose your favorite menu to play. In addition to the “Rhythmic,” “Power,” and “Relax” stages, there are also “Programs” that combine these, so you can enjoy it flexibly depending on your mood.
- Support for continuing your exercise: The game also includes popular support features from the “Fit Boxing” series, such as a stamp function after completing an exercise, and reports that show your daily exercise history and estimated calories burned. You can get stamps in this game by high-fiving Mickey. There are also plenty of collectible elements, such as “medals” that you can earn based on the number of days you continue and the number of times you play, and a message sign from Mickey. The game’s unique worldview makes it an exercise experience that gets more fun the more you continue, making you want to play again tomorrow.
