Nintendo opening pop-up store in London

Nintendo will soon be expanding its store presence to Europe for the very first time. Following its permanent locations in Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto in Japan, as well as New York and San Francisco in the United States, the company is now bringing a temporary shop to London, UK.

The Nintendo Pop-Up Store London will be located on the ground floor of Westfield London in Shepherd’s Bush (Ariel Way, Shepherd’s Bush W12 7GF). Fans can look forward to a selection of exclusive items typically only sold at the company’s permanent Japanese stores.

The pop-up shop will feature a wide range of official Nintendo merchandise, from keychains, pins, and charms to apparel, stylish bags, and household goods. Visitors will also be able to pick up plushies, stationery, and other collectible items – with many available in a physical retail environment in the UK for the very first time.

Products will span across some of Nintendo’s most iconic franchises, including Super Mario, Donkey Kong, The Legend of Zelda, Animal Crossing, Pikmin, Splatoon, and Kirby.

Nelson Calvinho from Nintendo UK shared the following:

“This is Nintendo’s first pop-up offering in the UK, and we’re excited to bring exclusive Nintendo products directly to consumers in an immersive shopping experience ahead of the holiday season. Spanning four weekends, including the October school holidays, we look forward to seeing smiles on the faces of visitors of all generations.”

For those eager to be the very first to visit, ticket reservations for the opening week will be available starting October 7. By booking a date and time, fans will have the opportunity to access the store before the official opening. Nintendo UK’s social channels will provide further details on registration.
