The Game Awards 2025 winners announced

Following the conclusion of The Game Awards 2025, we have the full list of winners across all of the various categories.

Several Nintendo Switch 2 and Switch games were up for nomination this year, including Donkey Kong Bananza for Game of the Year. The title missed out on that one, but did secure Best Family Game. Also worth noting, Mario Kart World took home Best Racing Game.

For those wondering, the voting jury made up 90 percent of the vote with fans making up the rest of the ten percent. However, the exception to this was Players’ Voice – which was completely decided by the fans.
