Yakuza 3 Kiwami & Dark Ties update 1.11 & 1.12 announced, patch notes

Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties launches tomorrow on Nintendo Switch 2, and developer RGG Studio has just confirmed a day-one update for the release.

Versions 1.11 and 1.12 address a variety of localization issues, fix several in-game bugs, and include a number of visual improvements, as well as a new gameplay mode: New Game+. Version 1.12 will be released at a later date on Nintendo Switch 2.

Patch 1.11

– Added New Game+
– Improved water surface rendering and lighting issues around the Kubochi River area
– Brushed up overall visuals and presentation of Downtown Ryukyu
– Fixed various localization issues
– Various bug fixes aimed at improving stability and overall gameplay quality

Patch 1.12

– Visual and expression polish throughout Kamurocho and certain mini-games
– Other fixes to improve stability and overall quality
