Beat ’em up game Lucha Libre: Legend of the Mask set for Switch

Lucha Libre: Legend of the Mask is in development for Switch, BC Media Lab and Hyperkinetic Studios announced today. The game is targeting a March 2025 launch.

Lucha Libre: Legend of the Mask is a 2D side-scrolling beat ’em up game. Up to four players can team up and perform moves to take down enemies.

The Legend of the Mask tells us of an unknown warrior chosen by an ancient Mask to inherit its power and become the mightiest luchador the world has ever seen. Fulfill the Ancient Prophecy by guiding a humble taxi driver to become the Legend of the Mask.
