Today, Nom Nom Apocalypse announced plans to put Nom Nom Apocalypse on various consoles, including Nintendo Switch. Expect a release by the end of 2025.
Nom Nom Apocalypse is a co-op shooter, also described as a chaotic top-down “bullet buffet”. Players will go up against an army of mutant food monsters in a city overrun by culinary abominations.

In Nom Nom Apocalypse, humanity’s last hope rests with a squad of trigger-happy chefs battling everything from cheeseburger beasts spitting molten cheese to cupcake creatures with razor-sharp claws. Players wield absurd food-themed weaponry, including a mustard shotgun, fork crossbow, and microwave laser beam—while dodging traps and outsmarting procedurally generated hordes across five handcrafted levels.
The game blends rogue-lite challenge with couch co-op mayhem, serving up a fresh experience with every playthrough.
