Magic Potion Millionaire

According to an eShop listing, developer Artifacts will be putting its side-scrolling action game Magic Potion Millionaire on Switch. It’s due out on November 4.

Magic Potion Millionaire puts the focus on making money. You’ll go into dungeons to gather materials, create potions, and then sell them for a profit. The loop involves becoming stronger, taking on more difficult dungeons, and making more gold until your competitor surrenders.

Dungeons are the first part of your journey. These are all procedurally generated, and while battling enemies, you can use melee attacks, ranged attacks, and magic potions. Potions include explosive bombs, healing drinks, and more.

Once you’re done with dungeons, the next step is making potions that clients will order. Once orders are complete, you’ll earn currency that can be used in various ways. One such way to use money is by purchasing equipment to improve stats. Other options include buying recipes for more potions, find new dungeons to explore, and more.

Magic Potion Millionaire will be sold digitally for Switch, and will cost $14.99. By pre-ordering the game, the price will drop down to $11.99.
