Nintendo Switch 2 sales US

According to the latest information provided by Nintendo, Switch 2 is the fastest-selling Nintendo hardware in the United States. That’s based on the system’s first four days of availability. Nintendo has confirmed that detail specifically.

On top of that, we’re also hearing that Nintendo Switch 2 sales in all regions were approximately twice those of the Nintendo Switch 1 across both consoles’ first four days on the market.

This follows various reports that we’ve seen throughout the week. Just recently, Nintendo announced that at 3.5 million units sold, Switch is the company’s fastest-selling Nintendo hardware globally. The original Nintendo Switch sold 2.74 million units worldwide in just less than a month on sale. That means Nintendo Switch 2 is on a faster pace, though that’s based on limited sales data.

Aside from popularity, one of the big things helping Nintendo Switch 2 thus far is stock. Although it’s seeing sell outs worldwide, there was ample stock at release. Nintendo has also repeatedly said that it will have enough stock to meet demand in the U.S.
