Outbound confirmed for physical release on Nintendo Switch 2, Switch
Today, Silver Lining Interactive and Square Glade Games revealed a physical release for both Nintendo Switch 2 and Switch. Boxed copies are planned for Q2 2026.
Outbound will have a standard edition, which contains the game, School Bus Adventures DLC, and digital soundtrack. The collector’s edition has these same items plus a game-accurate road map, acrylic standee of the game’s key art, hanging charm, four enamel pins, two fabric patches, six post cards, and a special box.

The Outbound standard physical release will be sold for $39.99 on Nintendo Switch and $49.99 on Switch 2. The collector’s edition is priced at $79.99 for Nintendo Switch and $89.99 for Switch 2. Note that on Nintendo Switch 2, the full game is on the cartridge.
