Special Forces Jackal is this week’s Arcade Archives game on Switch

Hamster has announced the latest Arcade Archives game for Switch, which will be Special Forces Jackal. It’s due out worldwide on June 27, 2024.

Special Forces Jackal is a vertical scrolling action shooter which was originally released by Konami in 1986. The game has you become a member of the titular special forces Jackal, tasked with rescuing prisoners by infiltrating enemy territory in an armored vehicle.

Special Forces Jackal will be sold digitally on Switch via the eShop. Pricing is set at $7.99 / €6.99 / £6.29.
