Tactical survival horror game Endoparasitic coming to Nintendo Switch
Pineapple Works is set to bring Endoparasitic to Nintendo Switch, the publisher announced today. A release is planned for September 25, 2025.
Endoparasitic, a tactical survival horror game, was originally made by Deep Root Interactive. Players will have to move through corridors of a secret research lab on a remote asteroid, fight off mutated monsters, inject countless syringes of vaccines, and survive while trying to save some research.

Endoparasitic is a tactical survival horror game where you must manually do every action from reloading to moving due to the challenges of having just one limb to use. Players are forced to juggle movement and firing with limited ammo while having to plan their exploration routes to avoid getting swarmed and overpowered by monsters.
