It’ll take a little longer for Tanuki: Pon’s Summer to launch, as the game is seeing a delay. The title will now head to Nintendo Switch in 2026.
The news won’t come as a big surprise. While the original target was 2025, there’s only a week remaining in the year.

Publisher Critical Reflex and developer Denkiworks are working together on Tanuki: Pon’s Summer, the two sides announced today. Although the project has been confirmed for Switch, no release window has been shared currently.
Tanuki: Pon’s Summer is a mail delivery adventure game. Players will control Pon, who needs to restore the shrine before summer ends.
