Tower defense party game Hack ‘n’ Stack heading to Nintendo Switch
Dodo Tako, along with Triple Boris, today unveiled Hack ‘n’ Stack for Nintendo Switch. The game is targeting a Q2 2026 debut.
The physics-powered party brawler smashes tower defense into slapstick chaos. Up to four players can build, break, and weaponize everything – including each other.
Additional details are available in the following overview:
It’s part tower defense, part slapstick sandbox, all physics-powered pandemonium. Designed for 2–4 players, Hack ’n’ Stack dares you to build, defend, and absolutely destroy enemies in local or online co-op.
Players harvest resources, stack blocks wherever they damn well please, and build outrageous fortresses — only to watch it all come crashing down in a hail of stunned enemies and flying teammates.
Whether you’re tossing blocks, flinging friends, or luring enemies into your hand-made maze of turrets doom, Hack ’n’ Stack is a party game with strategy in its bones and chaos in its soul.
Build barricades. Try to protect them. Blame your friends if you fail.
Key Features
- Physics-Based Mayhem: Every block matters. Every throw counts. Every enemy, or player, is a potential projectile.
- Creative Carnage: Build anything, anywhere — or weaponize the world around you.
- Dress to Distress: Over 28 unlockable character accessories — because if you’re gonna die in battle, look good doing it.
- Couch or Cloud: Local and online multiplayer, sabotage optional but highly encouraged.
