VS. Battle City is this week’s Arcade Archives game on Switch

Hamster will release VS. Battle City as the latest Arcade Archives game on Switch, the company announced today. A worldwide release is planned for September 12, 2024.

VS. Battle City is a shooting game developed by Namco in 1985. Players face off against enemies with tanks, sometimes destroying walls to make a way, and guiding enemies to places where it is easier to fight, while defending their headquarters.

The game will be sold digitally on the Switch eShop. Pricing is set at $7.99 / €6.99 / £6.29.
