Call me when it sold 4 million in Japan alone like MH4 3ds sold in Japan

Damn, looks like Nintendo stung you in the *ss or something, rub some more salt on it, you have plenty of it to spare 😉

I really hope Atlus markets SMT HD as well as Persona 5. Switch’s JRPG lineup is looking very solid.

    • R.Z.

It hasn’t made the list yet.
I wonder whether it’s because people can’t vote for it until a more solid announcement or because so little has been shown so far that there is no interest.

That FFVII Remake looks like complete trash. Really bizarre.

    • MajoraMan28

      Actually it doesn’t, but ok

      • Justin McQuillen

So they drastically changed the gameplay and art style in the recent months? Good.

        • MajoraMan28

Then your opinion is based on your questionable taste and fake news.

The artstyle is almost exactly like the original. Yes, Cloud’s design isn’t as perfect and as cool as the original, but as of now, the rest of the cast is on point. The game will be launched in different installments with a full-game size, like FFXIII. If you’re aware how big this game is going to be, it’s understandable why they took this approach.

There has been no confirmation at all that any important plot details have changes. This is fake news.

          • Justin McQuillen

That’s stupid though. I love the original how it is, why the heck would I want to buy 3 or 4 games to relive the gameplay except not because they ruined it. Can you imagine if they did that to Ocarina of Time? It would be abysmal.

          • MajoraMan28

I love the original too, but it’s a remake. It’s purpose is to present the original story in a new format, be it gameplay or art direction.
Also, FFVII was a much larger game than OoT, so it would be kinda impossible to do something like this.
FFVII is not only making everything full-size, you would actually explore new areas, with numerous new sidequests. I mean, in the original we didn’t get to see even half of Midgar properly. In the remake it will be fully explorable. That’s awesome man.
Sure, I wanted all in one disc, but the ammount of content would be impossible to do so.
