Here’s a Podcast – Episode 66!

Posted on November 11, 2013 by (@NE_Austin) in Features, Podcast

Despite a massive pile of listener mail this week, we manage to wrangle the podcast length down to 135 minutes compared to last week’s 180 minute unfinished monster. It’s also a really solid podcast! What we played: Call of Duty: Ghosts, Wii Fit U, Sonic: Lost World, and Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Dual Destinies. No discussion topic, but a LOT of listener mail rounds this out!

This Week’s Podcast Crew: Austin, Jack, and Laura

In japanese you say It’s ‘gorufu’ (golf).. There are no “quiet syllables” or “mute syllables” in japanese, those syllable that end with no vogal letters accompanying them, like the “t” in the word “but”.. In japanese you would say “buto”. The only exception is for the letter “n”, all the others in japanese you add a vogal at the end, usually “o” or “u” but it could vary.. like for exaple in “smash” you would add an “e” -> “sumeshi”

Laura, did you try to sing “it doesn’t even maatteer” from in the end (linkin park) when they were talking about god of war’s story? hahahaha =p

Sorry if this feels a bit intrusive hahaha it's a weird relation, we listeners feel close to you guys when we listen to your podcasts often and you have no idea who we are ='(

BTW, about your question: I listen to the podcast at work and I don’t mind it being very (very very) long.. It helps me focus on my design work and I would be even happier if the podcast was longer.

And my favorite most under appreciated game is definitely Beyond Good & Evil

It’s sad that there is only 1 segment of the stream on the twitch history of your account. I ended up missing most of it anyway. :c
