Mario & Luigi: Dream Team patch on the way to Japan

Nintendo is working on a patch for Mario & Luigi: Dream Team. It’s coming soon to the Japanese 3DS eShop, though I’m sure any issues with the overseas release will be looked into as well.

Here’s what Nintendo will be fixing with the patch:

– On Mount Pajamaja, at the time you break the ice with a spin jump against the Massif Brothers, we fixed the problem in the game that wouldn’t let you progress when you spoke to the Massif Brothers, depending on how you proceeded.

– Late in the game against Antasma, we corrected the problem that didn’t let the battle end properly in certain circumstances.

– In addition, we fixed some other small problems to make the game run more smoothly.

Nintendo is looking to bring the patch out “quickly” to players and is sorry for any trouble caused. The company advises downloading the update as soon as it’s ready to prevent further problems.
