Update: Nintendo says the North American 3DS eShop will be open until 4 PM ET.

Original: Nintendo will be taking the European 3DS eShop offline once again today. Between 10 PM CET (9 PM GMT) and 10 AM CET (9 AM CET), the store will be inaccessible.
