No Wii U version of Skullgirls currently; slow sales and lack of digital presence cited

Don’t count on a Wii U version of Skullgirls happening anytime soon.

According to the game’s official Twitter account, a release on the console “isn’t looking likely”. Skullgirls could, however, be considered for Wii U assuming “sales pick up” and Nintendo is able to “establish a digital presence”.
