Quell Reflect and Parking Star 3D have both been submitted to Nintendo of Europe, and are now in lot check.

Publisher Circle Entertainment tweeted the news earlier today:

Quell Reflect & Parking Star 3D on the NOE lotcheck now. Hope they can released in June!

Quell Reflect and Parking Star 3D are both currently available on the North American 3DS eShop.
